New Business Developer - Business to Business

This is an office based, telesales role, based in Manchester in a very lively, open plan office environment.​ The role requires a tenacious, articulate and money motivated individual, with proven success in business to business telephone sales.​

You\'ll be required to develop a portfolio of accounts through 100%​ new business development and then account manage these long-term once the business has been won - it is therefore essential that the relationships you build have durability - no quick wins, its of utmost importance that you are able to deliver a quality service including after sales.​

You\'ll be working for a market leader, a PLC experiencing unprecedented growth and will be joining a team of business to business sales professionals in the Manchester office.​ It\'s essential that you are capable of cold calling - without a script, talking to senior level decision makers, with the ability to sell a technical product once full training has been provided.​

This company already has relationships with huge household names across the UK and is looking to exploit the market further; you\'ll be working with companies ranging from SME\'s to blue-chip organisations, thus requiring a high level of sales competency and professionalism.​ Full training is provided on the product via an in-depth induction process with regular refresher courses.​

To qualify for this role it is essential that you;

- Are a graduate or have equivalent qualifications
- Have proven business to business sales experience
- Have a stable career to date, with valid reasons for leaving previous roles
- Are willing and able to develop 100%​ of your own business
- Are money motivated
- Can work in a target driven environment

In return you can expect;

- £21,000 starting basic salary
- Uncapped commission up to £40,000 OTE for 1st year
- 25 days holiday per year
- 8.​30-5.​30pm Monday to Friday - no weekends or overtime required
