My client is globally the largest computer centre in the world and a Microsoft gold partner who is currently on their next stage of strategic growth.​

The client is looking for a technical trainer to work in Manchester however, the successful candidate should be prepared to travel to other offices (if required) to train clients.​

Some of the principle responsibilities will cover the following:

-Enter paper based post class survey forms
onto the database via the Intranet
connection and support to delegates via
Helpdesk enquiries

-Set up computers at onsite locations and
perform basic troubleshooting when equipment
is not operational

-Create course outline and content for
tailored classes and Assist Account
Executives in determining client needs

-Provide knowledge base to Account Executives
in areas of expertise

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft applications, excellent presentation skills, be able to work under their own initiative and high pressure, be confident and have a great work ethic
